We traveled to Tanzania this fall and took part in Larksview Foundation’s medical clinic week as volunteers. Lisa was the team clinical director, and I was the trip manager. After we arrived at Upendo wa Mungo Dispensary in the Katavi region and got settled in, we had the pleasure of meeting the some of the children and their families who participated in our Formula for Success program. It was especially meaningful to see how well our first child, Witness, is now doing. She’s the girl in the white dress. It was a teary-eyed happy moment to see how great these kids are doing.
